  • 2 Cups cold milk

  • 8 Ounces (1 tub of whipped topping) preferably Cool Whip

  • .5 Cups mini marshmellows

  • .25 Cups chopped pistachios (optional, for garnish)

  • .10 Ounces maraschino cherry (1 to top, optional for garnish)

Instructions:
